This classic was a staple in many homes for kids that grew up in my generation. “Left side …. Strong side!” I remember echoing this quote as the Titans of T. C. Williams High School were beginning to get their bearings as a newly integrated school in 1971. Based on a true story, Remember the Titans was able to show us a clear picture of what it looks like to pay the cost of reconciliation but also reap the benefits of unity through the struggle of this commitment.
This may be a movie that you have seen one hundred times but we are asking that you watch it again with fresh eyes. It is crucial in understanding and gaining education for the moment that we now find ourselves in.
